Experts Kathryn Kennedy (GA Southern University) and Leanna Archambault (AZ State University), who conducted a large-scale, national research project on pre-service student teaching in virtual schools, discussed key issues related to teacher preparation for virtual education, e.g. current issues in teacher education programs; field experiences in P-12 online learning programs; emerging issues related to policy, teacher certification and teacher preparation; supporting state leaders.
